Ken graduated from UC Davis in June 2019 with a BS in Psychology. As an undergraduate he was a research assistant at the Cognitive Neuroscience of Language Lab, which focused on studying the psychological and neural mechanisms of language comprehension. He was part of the research aimed to examine the role of prediction in language acquisition. Ken joined BIEEGL to learn more about the neural mechanisms that may help predict the development of psychiatric illnesses like schizophrenia and depression. He is also interested in learning about novel treatments for mental illness as well as gaining experience working with clinical populations. In the future, he hopes to pursue a MD in Neuroscience. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies and spending time with friends.
